    Supported firmwide growth and positioning for CannonDesign through marketing strategy, pursuit leadership and executive communications. Market research, competitive analysis and Salesforce pipeline data were used to analyze client trends, hit rates and opportunities, informing strategic positioning as a top 20 architecture firm.

     

    Annual marketing and communications plans were developed and presented to the CEO and board of directors for budget approval, with oversight of firmwide implementation. These efforts contributed to significant revenue growth, increasing top-line sales from $10 million in 2015 to $32 million in 2018.

     

    Led strategic pursuits for high-value projects in partnership with business development leaders, managing marketing teams in the development of qualifications and proposals while coaching senior executives on presentation delivery. These efforts resulted in $27 million in awarded project fees between 2016 and 2019.

     

    Collaborated with technical experts to develop tailored content and messaging for industry awards. This work contributed to R&D Magazine naming the Novartis Institute for Biomedical Research in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the 2018 Laboratory of the Year.
